Nutrition from A to Z was founded by Amy Zalbowitz, a Certified Nutritionist living in Crested Butte, Colorado.
Amy’s inspiration to help others with their overall health stemmed from her own struggles. Her symptoms included Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Candida, Gluten Intolerance (celiac disease), food and environmental allergies, Asthma, Chronic Fatigue and sensitivities to many household items.
For more than 7 years Amy went from one health care practitioner to another in search of relief and the root cause of her symptoms. This search for good health continued. Amy experimented with many different protocols. She felt better but not great. She did not realize optimal health until she met Dr. Michael Lebowitz and began a regimen of Supreme Nutrition Products. After only two weeks of taking the supplements Morinda and Melia, Amy’s lingering symptoms began to disappear.
Amy’s improved health encouraged her to study the science of nutrition at Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. The combination of her formal studies and her own personal struggles have given her the insight to help others. Amy partners with our office to provide the best health to those in our area. She is in our office once a month so make your appointment with Amy today by calling 970-596-1607 or by clicking here!
